Phase 1 DEADLINE: Monday, November 3, 2008 - APPLY NOW

1. Complete Phase 1 of the Mentorship Application by Monday, November 3.
   
2. Present your company in front of TCA panel on Friday, November 7. More details will be available soon.
   
3. You will receive a response by November 10. Your application will be evaluated on the following criteria:
   
   1. Commercial potential
   2. Appropriate fit with TCA expertise


4. You are guaranteed mentorship with a TCA member if both of the following criteria are satisfied:
   
   1. You are accepted into Phase 2 of the application process. More details will be available soon.
   2. You complete Phase 2 of the application (University non-assert and Informed Participation Forms). You will be contacted by a TCA Student Coordinator to guide you in completing the Phase 2 application.


5. Mentorship is customized to the needs of the participant, and therefore will be unique for each case. The mentorship consists of up to 3 sessions with a TCA member to discuss topics specific to the current state of your technology and company development.
